DFV Mentoring is the specialist for career counseling in Berlin, with 6 locations and over 50 qualified coaches. We work according to a uniform, verifiable quality standard and tailor our work individually to the needs of our clients.

Your tasks:
Together with trained coaches, they support people in actively participating in the job market again. They provide linguistic and cultural support in our funding programs according to §45 para. 1 no. 1 SGB III, as well as in career counseling, and contribute to clear and professional collaboration.
Your profile:
- Demonstrable qualification in language and cultural mediation
- Excellent knowledge of Urdu and Pashto, as well as fluent German skills.
- Professional experience and a good understanding of different cultural contexts
- Safe use of PCs and online tools
- Empathetic, reliable and communicative work style
