Your tasks:
They advise, support, and stabilize clients in individual crisis situations and develop support plans for people with mental or physical disabilities. They cooperate with psychosocial care facilities and government agencies and support people with substance use disorders and those at risk of homelessness in their self-organization. Their work is based on holistic care as defined in Section 16k of the German Social Code, Book II (SGB II).
Your profile:
- Degree (Diploma/University of Applied Sciences or Bachelor's) as a social worker or social pedagogue with state recognition
- Good communication skills, clear decision-making ability and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work
- No hesitation in dealing with socially disadvantaged clients and providing holistic care for multiple challenges.
