DFV Mentoring is the specialist for career counseling in Berlin, with 6 locations and over 50 certified coaches. We work according to a uniform, verifiable quality standard and tailor our coaching individually to the needs of our clients.

Your tasks:
They support people in actively participating in the labor market again, both in our support programs according to §45 para. 1 no. 1 SGB III and in career counseling for skilled workers. As a mentor, you coach and advise in equal measure, using a method-oriented approach that is tailored to individual needs.
Your profile:
- Trained and certified coach with at least 3 years of professional experience
- Experience in human resources, career counseling, employment services or a related field
- Safe use of PCs and online tools
- Empathetic, communicative, and open to people from diverse backgrounds.
