Together, they contact appropriate support services, develop strategies for coping with health challenges, and support integration into the job market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your profile:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Qualification as a coach or mentor and at least 3 years of coaching experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of the German healthcare system and health-related support services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional experience in the healthcare industry, human resources, career counseling or job placement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safe use of PCs and online tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empathetic and methodologically sound communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diversity is a key to our success.
