They cooperate with psychosocial care facilities and government agencies and support people with substance use disorders and those at risk of homelessness in their self-organization. Their work is based on holistic care as defined in Section 16k of the German Social Code, Book II (SGB II).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your profile:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree (Diploma\/University of Applied Sciences or Bachelor&#039;s) as a social worker or social pedagogue with state recognition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills, clear decision-making ability and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No hesitation in dealing with socially disadvantaged clients and providing holistic care for multiple challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They want to support people in challenging life situations and bring about positive change.
