As a mentor, you coach and advise in equal measure, using a method-oriented approach that is tailored to individual needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your profile:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trained and certified coach with at least 3 years of professional experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in human resources, career counseling, employment services or a related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safe use of PCs and online tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empathetic, communicative, and open to people from diverse backgrounds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are particularly interested in applications from people with a migration background who would like to coach in multiple languages.
